Love and kindness: I think that this exercise help us realized how important is to give and trust and love others. My favorite part was the sound of the ocean I think that it help us connect to nature that's why is incredible relaxing to many people. Trusting and loving others give us peace and help us connect with the outside world I think that the most difficult task is to love and forgive and still practice kindness when people are difficult or hurtful; however, I had experience that even when it hurts if I choose to love back instead I make myself free of negative feelings. I would recommend this exercise to others because in order to find peace we all need to understand the power that is to love and be kind to others.
The power of the mind is definitely bigger that we can imagine, out thoughts control our emotions and our emotions control our reactions, exercising our mind and trained ourselves to be positive is very important to be able to reach happiness and well-being. The mental-workout can help us to form a new healthy habit and teach us to take control of our own thoughts, emotions and health, I think this is the first step towards spiritual flourishing.

Unit 3
If I base on my own reactions and if I have to rate myself on A- physical wellbeing, B-spiritual well-being, C-psychological well-being, I would consider myself to be between 6 or 7 based on a scale of 1 to 10. Why? Because I know what to do and there are many moments in my life where I automatically know that I have to stop my thoughts and I do it, but there are other times where I just let myself go knowing that I should stop. I realized that my problem is that I have to find a way that I can shift that negativity and ease into the other stage of control. My goal for this New Year is to have more control physically to exercise, take more long walks and make more healthy choices. Spiritually I believed in Jesus and I want to practice more meditation during the day I also want to practice another type or relaxation I am thinking Yoga or aroma therapy. Psychologically I have to learn how to move on from my bad past experiences, because sometimes they still hunt me and ruin my mood. I am practicing forgiveness. Activities that I been practicing are increasing physical activity and meditation.

Unit 2 Relaxation Exercise
My relaxation Exercise I would say is to light-up a candle and have at least 5 to 10 minutes of total silence around me. Good smells had always relaxed me, and they also have the power to take me to places in my mind, places that I been before and that I captured a good memory, I would remember the specific smell that that place had and, I can just go back and feel happy.
I do this regularly, I love good fragrances they just make me feel better. When I became a mother for the first time I remember always hugging my baby and the fragrance that a new born has specially when is yours, used to bring me so much peace even during difficult times.
Another relaxation exercise I would say is spending time with the nature, I love to take long walks at the beach or in the forest, I just feel so much connected with God, and at that moment of reflection I am able to see how much bless we all are to have the opportunity to just be part of the entire divine connection, and from that moment on everything just seems in the right place.

My first week of class
Going back to college after been a full time working mother for over 10 years, has been a real challenge and a great journey. I had to re train my self to make time for school this means no more me time, not like a had any before! does anyone relate to this?. Sometimes I have to really force myself to keep my work on track, having 4 children and a husband doesn't leave me with to much to work with; and forget about friends and entertainment. I know is worth it at the end and I am really proud that I got this far, I will be finishing by the summer with my bachelors degree on Health and Science, and I keep telling myself that this is the last straw keep it strong and make it the best.
